让我回忆一下吧，full cycle accounting experience，GAAP knowledge （最基本的那些，不是出上市公司集团外部报表那么fancy的），analytical skills，excellent communication and people skills。学习能力和适应能力也很重要吧。这个职位让我学到什么，其实可以从我的记述里面看出来，一个巨无霸公司的盘根错节的财务系统和各部门单元的功能互动，财务系统运作如何受背后业务流程的驱动，锻炼了基本的报表解读和分析，还有跟各个级别不同背景的人打交道的能力（当然职级限制，这个职位面向的更多还是一线业务和中层管理人员），培训的技巧等等。
